Our two-day Feast&FlamezMarketplace is a vital part of the experience, showcasing a vibrant mix of culinary talents, local artisans, creative businesses, and community organizations.
We are calling on vendors who are ready to share their cuisine, craft, or mission with over 3,000+ expected attendees.
Vendor Categories
Feast Vendors: Restaurants, chefs, food trucks, farmers, beverage and drink brands
I. Restaurants + prepared Food Vendors + Chefs - $500/day
II. Food Trucks - $300/day
III. Beverage Brands (Non Alcoholic) + Deserts + Snacks - $250/day
Flamez Vendors: Artisans, designers, crafters, service providers, nonprofits, and professional organizations
I. Crafters + Artisans:- $250/day
II. Nonprofits & Professional Organizations - $100/day
Vendor Perks
One 10’x10’ or 10’×15’ booth space. (determined by vendor category)
One table (Choice of 6ft or 8ft table)
Two General Admission tickets
Vendor listing on our website & social media highlights
Access to 3,000+ festival attendees across two days
Volunteer support and vendor concierge team on-site

Festival Dates & Time:
Day 1: Saturday August 30, 2025 11am -7pm
Day 2: Sunday, August 31, 2025 3 -10pm
Important Dates:
Vendor Application Deadline: July 30, 2025
Vendor Orientation: August 15, 2025
Sponsor Submission Deadline: August 18, 2025
Early Sponsor + Vendor Submissions by July 1 will be included on the final festival marketing flyers and promotions package.
